What is your case?

  • I want to  cancel my order

If you are not sure of your purchase you can cancel your order without problems, as long as it has not been processed (in this case the right of withdrawal could be exercised). You can do it by sending an email to Nexosecureshop@gmail.com. The payment of the amount paid will be made through the same method you used when making the payment.
In the case of canceling or not accepting a confirmed order regarding products expressly purchased for the client, NEXO SECURE SHOP, may demand the payment of a minimum compensation of 50% of the purchase-sale price, as compensation for damages, as well as all storage costs.

  • I want to return or exchange a product withing 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The purchased product may not have met your expectations. Do not worry, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order. The amount corresponding to the returned product (s) will be reimbursed in approximately 48 hours.

For subscription-based plans, a fill refund will be issued if NEXO SECURE SHOP has been unable to resolve even a singles issue for you within the first 30 days of subscription.

If one or more issues are resolved, the subscription service fees will not be refundable. Although NEXO SECURE SHOP may, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to refund of subscription fees after deducting charges for customer service.

For incident-based plans, you will be eligible for reimbursement when any of the following criteria is met:

    • You have all the prerequisites necessary to resolve the issue, and the issue was not resolved until the time count was active.
    • The issue is beyond the scope of the plans.
    • 30 days have not elapsed after the problem was worked by a NEXO SECURE SHOP technician

Exceptions

The right of withdrawall is only applicable for individuals. NOT legal entities.
The right of withdrawal will no apply to products such as software, custom equipment. In the case of products with associated digital download code, it is an essential requirement not to have downloaded the content in order to proceed with the full refund. If you have already enjoyed this download, the amount to be refunded will be deducted.

How the shipping is done

Nexo Secure Shop does not offer goods but only services. Otherwise, the service is performed in case of being in a personalized package before paying and, in case of buying a pre-estabilished package at most 24 hours later.

Visa has developed a program that helps confirm your identity when you make an online purchase, protecting against unauthorized use of your Visa card.

In addition,Each time you make an online purchase using your Mastercard,  a secure code will be sent to you to verify your identity, which will be valid for 5 minutes and you have 3 attempts to enter the code correctly.

Nexo Secure Shop only collects the data necessary to fulfill the orders, as stated in the privacy policy, but that it is through the payment gateway that the payment is made and who collects the financial data.
